Move your mouse to move the scope. Click to shoot. The little circle by the scope will turn red if you have a clear shot on the little burglar. The burglar's health is in the upper left hand corner. The color health bar above his head is red on start, yellow if 75 or less, orange if 50 or less, and red if 25 or less.
