Hoopster. Pretty much a combination of a Hoopa and Sans, though his Sansishness is only in his appearance, abilities, and the occasional Undertale-related gag. (for example, he likes stacking hotdogs on people's heads.) anyway, here are his stats/story. Level:100. yeah. Moves: HyperspaceH (Scratch thinks the whole move name is inappropriate), Shadow Ball, Return, and Destiny Bond. Personality: Rather loyal to his friends, although gives rather sarcastic comments, likes making referencing gags to undertale, has a very random sense of humor. and uses said humor a lot. Story (I wonder if I'll have space for all this): Hoopster was king of the Hoopas, until he realized that his kind had very stealing-and-destruction-y habits that they did not plan to break. so Hoopster decided to eliminate the problem they were causing by limiting them in some way. Hoopster discovered the Humans had the same idea and decided to help them. together they made the Prison Bottle, which Hoopster first used on himself in order to lure the Hoopas to the Humans' presence. the humans were successful in confining the hoopas, though they then betrayed hoopster. hoopster was locked up somewhere high in the mountains without access to his teleporting abilities, but was eventually freed by Regigigas.
