imo the art is bad
He has the normal ocram theme (maybe a remix). Ocram was not not happy when he found out he was gonna be removed. So he he endured the deletion by stealing every soul of blight in the world. And he came back. He has normal attacks, but all of his (and his servant's) stats are tripled, and he shoots fireballs of blight. In second form he shoots a yellow version of the phantasmal death ray.
