SHIFT + CLICK the green flag for turbo mode <-- seems to be faster UP and DOWN arrows to adjust the syncronization by 1/30 of a second, you "shouldn't" need to use this but it seems to be synced differently every time I run it. NOTE: This project is a test for my own visualizer (this is not mine) I'm trying to make my own visualizer. (not out of this project)
