If you see someone has the same design as you, you may still use it but you MUST tell me that you designed the cat yourself or else i will not judge it. 2. Be nice! do not tease or critisize anyone else's design unless it is constructive! dont complain about not winning afterwards. 3. You DO NOT have to use scratch to color this.
