The latest advancement in my new adventure game I'm working on. I hope to make it a full game someday, but I'm trying to figure out how to deal with the lag (as I think it's causing a lot of the glitches, as well as making the game less fun). If you could help with that (or any glitches), let me know & it'd be much appreciated. Until then though, enjoy what I have so far. The level design is a copy of the first area in the game "Super Pitfall" for the NES, which I hope the full game may be an improved port of. ===Update Log:=== Proof of Concept: Initial release v0.1: -Major improvements to lag issues -Worked around glitch where you could jump up walls - Improved graphical display in full-screen mode (I really should have figured this stuff out when I released the first version but oh well) v0.2: -EXTREME lag fix (should run at 25-30fps now) -Fixed glitch where walking into wall makes you have a seizure -Fixed glitch where you climbed ladders infinitely -Fixed glitch where you could go into the block next to a ladder -Fixed glitch where you spawn right above the spikes if you die -Fixed minor glitch where the top & bottom of the stage have random tiles in them -New movement speed (to accommodate increased fps) -Gold bars are now collectible -Added scoring system -Added water controls -New jumping physics
