Starting a Game: 1. Select a Game Type: - Classic: Enter 1 to play with the standard rules of Yahtzee. - Advanced: Enter 2 to play Yahtzee with wild dice. Determine the frequency of Wild Dice from 1-8. Wild Dice are automatically held when rolled. Select a Wild Die to change its number. 2. Select number of players (1-16). 3. Enter players' names (multiplayer only). Controls: The game supports full use of either the mouse or keyboard. Keyboard use: Press space to roll, hold/unhold the selected die or enter a score into a box. Press the left and right arrows to select which dice to hold. Press the up and down arrows to select which box to score. Whichever is the one that is highlighted is the one that you have selected right now. The objective of Yahtzee is to score as high as possible by smartly picking which dice to hold after each roll depending on what boxes you have already filled in. The game ends after each player have took 13 rounds. Hot-seat multiplayer allows up to 16 players to play! Scoring goes as follows: - Upper Section -- Each box is scored by summing the total number of dice faces matching that box. - Lower section -- Three-Of-A-Kind: At least three dice showing the same face. Score the sum of all dice -- Four-Of-A-Kind: At least four dice showing the same face. Score the sum of all dice -- Full House: A three-of-a-kind and a pair. Worth 25 points -- Small Straight: Four sequential dice. Worth 30 points -- Large Straight: Five sequential dice. Worth 40 points -- Yahtzee: All five dice showing the same face. 1st Time = 50 Points. -- Chance: Any combination. Score the sum of all dice - Bonuses: -- Scoring at least 63 points in the Upper Section box will add 35 points to the player's score. -- If the player makes a Yahtzee and puts the score in another box, 100 points are awarded if the Yahtzee box in the player's sheet shows a 50 -- If the player has a 50 in the Yahtzee column, and makes another Yahtzee, the Full House, Small Straight and Large Straight columns will award the 25, 30 or 40 points respectively if used in that round, despite the primary conditions not being met
