Okay, so I have one thing to admit right now. Has anyone heard of a youtube user called everymanHYBRID? I don’t think you have, not unless I’ve specially mentioned them to you. There are plenty of youtubers out there that go unnoticed. But let me tell you, I feel like recently there has been a bit of connecting with them and my work. EverymanHYBRID started out as a simple fitness channel. Three friends, Vince, Evan and Jeff, inspired by cabin fever decide to start their own channel. They explain things like keeping a healthy diet, how to find time to exercise regularly, and generally try to prove that it’s possible to be able to keep in shape without the help of expensive gym equipment, sport memberships and all the other stuff. This shouldn’t be really interesting in itself. But there’s something about what the EMH crew did that set them aside and ultimately ruined their lives. They had a HABIT of watching horror movies, and seemed to be afraid of not getting enough subscribers. It so happened that these three boys were also fans of another web series that had been operation, called Marble Hornets. Marble Hornets was a web series told from Jay, a vlogger who had been stalked by Slenderman. The boys liked how much fame that web series was getting, so they decided to insert one of their friends dressed as slenderman into their videos, maybe to attract views. The everymanHYBRID crew made it this way for several videos, until things started happening that they couldn’t explain. The fans reported seeing strange, morse code videos appearing on their channel, but every time they went to look, there was nothing there. The videos included but were not limited to scenes with the boys breaking down doors, the REAL slenderman slowing up in their house and slamming doors, and at one point there’s a murder taking place while the song ‘Who could win a rabbit’ plays. Strange thing was, only the fans were able to see the videos. When asked about the door breaking scene, the boys replied that they didn’t remember breaking down any doors. One fan went so far as to send the crew a screenshot of the videos, but Vinny replied that the screenshot showed nothing but a 404 screen. Lots of things happened. That prank where they inserted slenderman into their videos had completely backfired, and now they were being stalked. Sooner or later, this thing was no more joke. And slowly, it would take their lives one by one. You must be wondering what this story about a bunch of youtubers has to do with my story. I’ve actually been thinking about this for some time as well. Take a very close look at these photos I took of the hallway. They were all taken on the same day as the one when the man in the window was soon. They’re a bit dark, so you might want to turn up the screen brightness for these ones. That sheet in the hallway is a ghost. Or… At least… It’s my stupid attempt at making a fake ghost. The month after October ended, I felt pissed at not being able to celebrate Halloween like other kids, because of the regulations my parents had about it. Afraid of going through the entire month of October without doing a thing, I decided to scare up some of my friends by faking a photo and writing a creepypasta about it. I’m so sorry it took so long for me to admit this… but I think I should. It may be important later on. .
