Space or if you want a little challenge, use noises! H to hide sensitivity and loudness and s to show them again. Increasing the sensitivity will make it harder for the heart to move up (sound only) Don't touch the colour changing barriers, it'll break the heart. Game defaults to settings for space when flag clicked so adjust the sensitivity (That is, if you want to use sound to control it.)
