SHIFT + CLICK the green flag for turbo mode (not required) UP and DOWN arrows to adjust the syncronization by 1/30 of a second, you "shouldn't" need to use this but it seems to be synced differently every time I run it. I then Q to import your own list from ScratchTools Thank you all for over 1000 views!
