Okay, I can't decide whether that is Richmond or West Virginia because LOOK AT VIRGINIA'S LOOK- Also, their design is pretty similar and I don't feel like going in the project to make the shirt light blue, so yeah. Either have that bromance between West and Virginia cause dem be brothers Or you can like, have a ship between Richmond and Virginia even though that's an old ship that will never happen.
