Want to make tapioca pearls/boba at home? Here's your guide! Written from experience since I've made this... many many times. This does require a stove and boiling water. So be careful, please. All this recipe needs is tapioca flour/starch (nothing else works) and water, so it's fairly easy. Also, it does take some time, especially if it's your first time, so set aside an hour or two. Don't worry, the process gets faster and faster. It took me ten times to nail it but with this guide you'll hopefully be way faster than that!
Updated March 2020 Ey hope you enjoyed this project, remix to add pictures of what you did if you'd like. It's rather unprofessional but it's pretty useful (I hope) -All pictures taken by me. -Huge source of info when I started out was this instructable: http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-make-Tapioca-Pearls-from-scratch/ by punkgirl (what the heck I just realized it has the same name) This is will probably be the only food tutorial I share because I happen to have a slight obsession with boba heh
