There is nothing to do. This is just a demo of "feathered" borders. You have a choice of manually changing 2 colours. White or Black. The scrolling was just thrown together for the demonstration.
The border was made by me using Gimp. Use them or not. Credit or not. Your choice. I hope you find them of interest.... J
