Sorry about the bad quality... Anyway, if you don't get it, the city is pretty much demolished in the background, but these children are having a snowball fight, despite the devastation. In my head it's something like a city that was under attack, maybe in the Doctor Who or Star Wars universe, or just a universe of my own invention. Anyway, it's just saying something along the lines of "The children will play, no matter the conditions, children will find light in the darkness, and will allow themselves happiness." All art by me.
