This is a way to experience VR for less than $10! -paint on the left and it magically copies onto the right. this means that with the proper equipment, you can experience VR INSTRUCTIONS: you will need: -splashtop remote desktop on both phone and PC -google cardboard (or fancier if you have $20) set up: 1) turn up phone brightness to at least 50% 2) launch splashtop on phone 3) fullscreen project and frame it by zooming so the left and right edges of the project are touching the edge of the display (on phone) 4) place phone in headset (cardboard viewer) 5) draw something on the left side 6) put on VR viewer and be amazed! THE SCIENCE: The two images are lined up with the lenses of the VR headset, so they overlap, just like real cardboard apps, and appears to be in 3D space. Not sure the exact science behind VR, but that's the basic idea.
I saw "the world's first"scratch VR project. It said to focus really hard, but since I had splashtop and a VR headset, I decided to take it to the next level. Surprisingly, it worked! Sadly, it was not customizable, so I set out to create the best VR engine. Just so you don't disappoint yourself, the Wala! engine does't overlap, and so doesn't function properly, but it was about 30% of the inspiration, so there's that.
