LOLOLOLOLOL this is so old xD Click the green flag. If you look inside, there is no music file. The music is only played using the Scratch Sound Blocks. Because of this, Scratch is very glitchy and lags very often. To minimize lagging, press the green flag multiple times. Still, I can't guarantee that the music will be in sync. (It probably won't XD) ENJOY!
Credits mostly in project :) After deciding to make this, I also found out that several other Scratchers made projects similar to this. I did not copy any part of their projects. Also, if someone finds out if the off-sync stuff is actually a bug in the code, please notify me so I can fix it. :)
