Click the Flag. Look at all the pre-made Mii's for insperation on the title screen. Make your own Mii by picking a skin colour, shirt color, nose, eyes, mouth and hair. You can even save your Mii by clicking save and copying the save code! When you want your Mii back, just click load and paste the save code on it.
