This is when Scarstare was a rouge and he met his father again, who ruined his and his family's life, Arrow said the quote: "YOU CAN'T CHANGE MY ACTIONS, SON!" and the two got into a fight because Scarstare hated being his son, after a bit, Scarstare got under his spiked collar and killed him. (Btw; Arrow gave Scarstare his scar, which you'll see in my 'Scarstare's Backstory project')
