Item #: SCP-173 Object Class: Euclid Special Containment Procedures: SCP-173 is to be locked in a standard containment cell. Once a week, the holding cell may be opened for cleaning if no less than two level-1 personnel and one level-0 person is present in the cell. The level-1 personnel are to maintain direct eye contact at all times until the level-0 person is finished with the cleaning. Level-1 personnel must alert each other before blinking to prevent a containment breach. Description: SCP-173 is a concrete statue with Krylon spray paint on it. When a subject breaks eye contact with SCP-173, it is reported to kill the subject by snapping the neck or by strangulation.
