It's very primitive but it works. YOU MUST USE TURBO MODE OR IT WILL BE EXTREMELY SLOW. SHIFT + CLICK THE FLAG. Click an instrument at the top left and then click to the right of the red line to place it where you want. The buttons at the bottom are play/pause, stop, and clear, respectively.
