a redraw of the mermaid piece i did in june last year its been about 7 months (from june 2017 to january 2018) and my style has changed a loT but i think ive improved a lot with color choices, anatomy, shading, rendering, etc. the colors are a lot darker this time to actually give it the feel of a "deep sea" painting, since last time was too light and its not that bright that far down in the ocean. I think the hair looks a lot more natural and the quality of the painting itself has gotten better :) so which one do you guys like better? new or old?
