w0WIE THAT ART TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS WEEEEEEE Anyways, I've been working on this OC for a LONG time. It originated when I was thinking of making a Trauma MEME. I started the original design. Then I realized if Pallete could change colors, it had to be for a reason. And since I'm *cough* NOT original, they change colors due to emotions. The name originated through a mistake in a project where I spelled "Palette" as "Pallete" and I was too lazy to fix it. Now before you call this a flipping Mary-Sue OC, Pallete is CERTAINLY not perfect. And he doesn't have overpowered powers. I don't think turning into a pile of goop and changing colors makes him a Mary-sue OC.
Anyways, I need to thank @WaffleBark for the entire thing. Without them, this OC's idea would have never come into existence. Program used was obviously FireAlpaca because I'm too lazy to learn how to use Krita lol Song: Shooting Star | Owl City
