Here's a history lesson for you. This project was meant to be a tweening test. It was at first Hoopa, then Arin, then back to Hoopa. I meant to finish it, as you can see the placeholder face on the second one, but never did. It's been sitting in my projects for about 3 or so years now. I'm not going to finish it, and I never will. However, you get to enjoy the aesthetics and the scratch-drawn Hoopa.
