Just press the green flag, then do the following :) You have 3 drives. M, I, and T (see what I did there?). Click scan to scan one drive of your choice, and it will start scanning. the Malware Found variable tells you how many infected pieces of software is on your virtual drive. Once you have some infected software, you can check it out in Quarantine. Currently, you will only see PUP's (Potentially Unwanted Program) in your quarantine.
