Bill snaps his fingers and everyone on team undertale except chara and asriel turn into a pile of worms. "UT has better preppers because Bill planned to rule earth but got beat by kids and Time Baby watched over bill but got failed to stop him" First off, look, SWX is doing the old trick in the undertale Fanboysim book: "Bill got beat by kids" Arguement. look, Bill would've destryed the multiverse if there was no weirdness magnet, witch he was cleary unaware of. Plus time baby was not aware bill's damage that he could do casually. "Papyrus can kill dipper" Except he can't. Dipper took hits from Rumble and BILL HIMSELF. Papyrus would not do anything to dipper. Also, Again, Bill is 12D via Outpowering Aliens. he solos undertale.
