I play the trombone in real life and I'm in school right now and I am really bored and we're supposed to be doing hour of code... This counts, right? I know this project is stupid. So I made this, and the keys you press actually match which positions are which note when you play a real trombone. There are multiple notes for each position, so for the doubles, I used the letter keys directly under the numbers on the keyboard. So Q is the same as 1st position, except 1 plays the note F and Q plays the note B. A real trombone goes out all the way to 7th position, but I used the Scratch notes which only go through one octave. Key: | 1=F, | 2=E, | 3=high C,| 4=D, | | 6=low C| | Q=B | W=A, | | R=G | | | Up arrow: Random note You can also press space for a drum background I came up with, maybe you can make a song with the trombone and drum. I might add more rhythms in the future. I know, it's confusing, but it's almost less confusing than playing a real trombone. Please note: The trombone you see in the project only has two costumes, and they are not accurate at all. Pay no attention to them.
Scratch people for costumes and sounds To do a full C scale, for example, you would push these keys in this order: 6 4 2 1 R W Q 3, Q W R 1 2 4 6 Arpeggio: 6 2 R 3 Q R 1 4 6
