PMV stand for Picture moive video. This means no animating, except for the instrumental parts. You can animate small things but It should not all be animated. Show me one link of your art and I will respond in the next 48 hours. If you did not get the part, I'm sorry but I will be lenient with the art. Also, if you have done any PMV in the past, that will also give you a better chance of getting the part. If you want an animated part, send me a link to an animation you have made.
