Here are the steps following the number order of the process. 1~ Make the first layer drawing the basic eye shape outline/Eyelashes for an easier start to have an idea where your gonna put everything. 2~ Make a new layer under it and draw the Sclera of the eye. 3~ Do some harsh shading in a new layer with a light purple. This layer should be clipped at the layer below it. 4~ BLEND THE EVER-LOVING LIFE OUT OF IT, then add another layer of shading over top of it (set to multiply) but this time, don't blend it. 5~ In a new layer add the Iris outline, and fill it with a brighter color of what color you really want it to be. 6~ Add shading around where the pupil is going to be, and add shading around the upper side of the eye. (In yet another layer) 7~ Add another layer, brush and blend the sides where the shading is. 8~ Add another layer of shading set to multiply, around but not quite on the layer of shading before. 9~ Blend it even more especially with the to sides coming upwards. 10~ Do another layer of shading, but even darker. (Set to multiply) 11~ BLEND IT WITH ALL OF YOUR STRENGTH. 12~ In a new layer (Set to Add glow/Luminosity) add a little yellow oval with low opacity in the most dark place of where the pupil should be. 13~ In the same layer add a BUNCH MORE of little ovals to make it look SHINY. (Also, enhance the first little oval even more.) OωO 14~ Add a new layer and do an extremely bright huge highlight at the top of the eye. 15~ Blend it to give it a glassy look. 16~ Add more highlights BECAUSE I REQUIRE MORE SPARKLES. Then, in a new layer do yellow around those highlights. 17~ (Final step) Add MORE highlights to the eye lashes. (I just did blue around the eye for fun) 18~ Don't ask, I have severe cat allergies.
