Just Backpack Everything inside the project. There are scripts and sounds and backdrops to backpack in the stage, from there, just drag all the sprites into your backpack as well. Drag them into the first part of your project, press the green flag, and everything should work. Just start the story on the second backdrop instead of the plain black intro backdrop.
The names are sooooooo wonky, it's ridiculous. So is the exploding tardis.
