Use the arrow keys to move. Click on different places to go in them. You can buy stuff and talk to random people/animals (click on them to chat). You can buy stuff from the restaurant and clothing shop. If you don't like how you look, click on your character to change it. You can only talk to shop owners about what you want to buy, so you cannot click on them. you can only wear your clothes in the clothing shop. Enjoy!
