Meet Marmelaxis, my OC who never goes without a purple coat in some form. Her design was based upon wings, sunsets, and northern lights, and she has little wings attached to her chest. June, 2017—I had seen more art and began to go into detail. This is my entry for @zeldatransformed’s contest. Congrats on 1000+ Zelda! January, 2018—Right now, this is the most recent drawing of Marmelaxis that I've done; I'm pretty satisfied with the overall effect, even though she ended up looking a bit younger than I expected. You can see with each piece that I've gone further into the anime and manga style. I'm still learning and have as yet much that could be improved, such as timing, and even though I doubt that I'll ever reach the level of @Rosyda, @sekkai, @jeila, or @zeldatransformed, I know that each piece was one of my stepping stones, and there will probably be many more.
