Move around with the arrow keys. To move between rooms, just move until the far left or right. You will encounter a silver disk with an angry face. It attacks you by jumping on you and will chase you. Its mouth stretches when it attacks. To fend off the attack, hold space to send out a wave of sparks that will hurt the disk. You lose when your health (in the top-left) goes down to 0. You win when the disk's health goes down to 0 (top-right.)
