Yellowfeather was born in the clouds. She was born to the ruler of the Skyclans. The Ruler. Her mother was a pretty golden tabby named Goldenshine. She died soon after Yellowfeather was born. Yellowfeather was raised by a queen named Rainspeckle. She wasn't told who her true parents were untill she became a warrior. Then, everyone adored her. She would prance around giving orders to everyone. Tons of toms would swarm around her every day. She turned down all mate requests. There was only one tom she was interested in. One of the three kits she thought were her siblings. Those cats were Dapplefur, a pretty dappled grey queen, Smokepelt, a dark muscular tom, and her crush, a shy light-grey tom named Breezycloud. He had been her favorite playmate when they were kits. Now he would stop by and watch her sadly as she spoke to all her fans. Yellowfeather wanted to prove herself. So, one day, she flew down to Earth, and collected a beautiful Phoenix feather. She was going to bring it to him. When she got back, she found him. Eagles had attacked, and he was dying in the medicine cat's den. She raced in. Breezycloud lifted up his head, and said, "Yellowfeather, you didn't have to prove anything. You just had to show everyone your true self! I love you, Yellowfeather." He took the feather from her, and kissed it. Then he tucked it behind her ear. They kissed for a few minutes, and then he died. After that, Yellowfeather always walked next to his spirit, and talked to it. Only she could see him, so others thought she was crazy and moved on. One day, Yellowfeather realized she loved a young, shy tom named Cloudspirit. Yellowfeather tried to shake it off, thinking she was betraying Breezycloud. Then, Breezycloud appeared and told her, "Don't be afraid to love him. Go on! You're destined to be with him! Not me! Goodbye, Yellowfeather!" That was the last time she ever saw Breezycloud. She quickly shook off the grief. She'd worry about that later. She straightened her fur, wings, and feather, then confronted Cloudspirit. They both fell in love, and Yellowfeather had 3 kits. Breezykit, Spiritkit, and Phoenixkit. Breezykit, a handsome grey tabby tom, grew to be Breezyheart, and a father with the mate of Raindapple. Spiritkit was a pretty white she-cat with a few golden swirls like on Yellowfeather. She grew to be Spiritwater. She was a mother and popular cat. Her mate was Pebblefoot. Phoenixkit was a ginger tom. He grew to be Phoenixfeather. He became deputy one day. His mate was Gingerpelt, but they never had kits. Yellowfeather died of old age looking at the feather Breezycloud had touched so long ago. Then, she saw Breezycloud once more. But she knew they would only ever be friends. Their love was past long ago. Yellowfeather finally met her mother. Goldenshine was pretty, as always, and kind. That was one of the greatest moments ever for her.
