I've had several breakthroughs with horses. One of the ones I'm most proud of has been my moments of clarity working with Ez. She's very distrustful, wary, and defensive so it's been amazing when we manage to work together. Several times I've done liberty with her and she's followed me just like a puppy - stopping when I stop and trotting and staying right by me. Another has been when I've been riding her and we can trot around the arena. That sounds like nothing, but she's extremely sensitive to leg pressure and balks often. Just trotting a circle is an big achievement for us. <3
