You can use the bases with hair or you can draw your own hair on the bald base. Draw the clothes that you want him/her/them to wear. Go ahead and use different programs! The key word is the third word in the second to last sentence in the Instructions. Try to be original. Dont just use the full bucket with random colors and say DONE. That's just... no.
