This is a program that translates DNA into RNA. for those of you who don't know... there is 4 nucleotide bases in DNA- -Adenine [A] -Cytosine [C] -Guanine [G] -Thymine [T] using only these 4 bases, DNA codes the form and function of you, me, and every other life form. RNA is a molecule that reacts with DNA. It's too complicated for me to explain here, but basically, RNA is a special molecule that carries out the commands that are encoded in the DNA. so, in your cells, DNA is translated into RNA all the time. in fact, as you read this, thousands of cells all over your body are sending RNA into DNA to extract the instructions. Look it up sometime, it's actually really fascinating :-) Anyway, each button at the bottom of the screen adds a certain nucleotide base to your DNA sequence that you want to translate. if you want to know which one each button adds, look up there ^. once you have entered your sequence, click the 'enter' button and your DNA sequence will be translated into RNA and displayed on another list.
