This is Rosa, a Flower fairy. Even though she is a Flower fairy she loves watching the Water fairies put dew on the leaves and petals in the morning She was born with blonde hair. She got green highlights first, then dyed her hair completely pink, but missed her highlights so put them in her pink hair and was finally satisfied.
