this is my fan made character that thing he's wearing around his neck is a somewhat different version of a scarf but it's more like a gear) my character can make portals to go to other Au's the scar on his eye was from a fight with frisk in a genocide route he almost died) the crack on his head was when he slipped on a peice of ice and cracked his skull( when he gets mad his eye whole eye glows also the cracks in his head glow the same colors
this is how i wan't my guy to look except much more better >.> than this)this is just an a example of what he would look like the thing about him is his soul doesn't waste a lot of soul power so he can use it as many times as he wants.
