Here is my blockshaded version of Agnes from Despicable Me! Space key to go to the next slide. This was made with a Google Image as the base. Basically, you simply select an image that you'd like to blockshade, and then open it up in the Scratch Vector Editor. Once this is done, use the color-picker tool to select the shades and colors used in a small section of the picture. Reshape a circle to fit over that part, and then fill it in with the color. I like to use the already-filled-in circles to make it easier in the end. Once your whole image has been blockshaded, delete the original image from underneath. You may have to pull some shapes closer together to hide any gaps that you didn't know about when the picture was underneath. Congrats, you're done! This took about 3-4 days to make - I'm a perfectionist :P
Edit: Ah, 1,000 views? Y'all are the best! Edit: 862 views?!?!!? Thanks so much! Credit to the Google Image, as well as Despicable Me. Also, thanks to all of the great tutorials out there on how to blockshade! Thanks! Expect more blockshades soon :-) Please give credit if you use this! -Spice
