So I recently went back to watch my LE ROCKS speedpaint. It was bad. So this is (somewhat) a redo!! h o oooo ray!!!!!!!
Done in Scratch Bitmap editor, just like the last one. sorry I couldn't find anything better to share atm this is also pretty old, I haven't worked on it in months
