-What your looking at right now is a picture, but not an ordinary picture. If your eyes look at the middle, you can see how it is moving from one direction to another direction. I promise i didn't use any costumes or any code that effects this. The eye is too tricked into thinking its moving. But for real, the picture is not moving at all. The outskirts of the middle is helping it make it move in a way. Scientists are keep on studying how this picture affects the human eye in a way.
