I was bored so I decided to draw this. :P She is called Clementine as suggested by @Ramenraven :D thank you! Can someone teach me how to draw hands... thanks XD And also I tried shading a little bit but it's especially hard when using Scratch and it isn't that noticeable.... Oh well :P I'm going to try working on posing and position of characters to make them feel more expressive. Speaking of "expressive" the facial expressions on my characters aren't that great so going to do some work on those. I would've given this character an exaggerated expression but I just felt she had a calm and thoughtful sort of personality and wanted her face to reflect that. I would like to get better at conveying other emotions, most of my drawings and characters give off a happy vibe but it wouldn't be as easy to use my round, bubbly style to show sadness or anger, for example. (I'm am NOT planning to change my style though!) As you can probably tell, since you've read this far (thanks lol) I'm doing my best to improve my art so constructive criticism is very important to me :D Wow, I'm making it seem I hate the way my art is now, huh, I'll guess I'll list some things I like about my style and ability at the moment. I like the overall style, it's pretty fun and easy for me to draw. I, personally, prefer cute and happy things and my art reflects my personality. :3 I think I have decent palettes for my drawings, but I'm not an expert. I say this as in I don't make all of my colours horrendously bright, I usually try to tone them down. Though, sometimes, with blonde hair like on this piece for example, I choose to make it quite bright because I feel that suits my style but I don't know, what do you guys think? Thanks for reading this far, have a good day! :DDDD
