This is Kincad, the Dark/Cyber type gym leader of Shadespire city! From the upcoming fanmade pokemon game made my me and some friends, Pokemon Jade!! He is also the leader of Team Neural! There are two themes, one is his gym battle, the other is his Team Leader battle, the one that sounds like the Hoenn gym leader theme is the gym battle one.
