Hi everyone! I am thinking of starting an SGT for everyone! I have a few rules that will be listed, but most importantly, I am doing this for people who didn't get a chance to audition for the official SGT and maybe this one will get bigger! Our judges are @Sodypop @Mboring2006 and @CodingGirl1027, as well as myself. Also, try and add this to as many advertise studios as possible, we want to really get this out there! Rules: 1. The audition deadline is April 20th, 2018, so if your projects are not shared by then, we will not use them. (EDIT: NEW DEADLINE IS JUNE 20th SINCE WE HAVE ONLY RECEIVED THREE AUDITIONS OUT OF AROUND THE TWENTY WE WERE HOPING FOR) 2. In order to audition, you must remix this project and add your project to this studio: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/4827142/comments/ after that, just comment if you auditioned so I can keep track of how many people are auditioning. If you recieve a "Thumbs Up! You're moving on!" comment from TWO judges, it means you can move on. 3. I don't really want your audition to be extremely long, so if the maximum can be around 3 minutes, that would be great. This is only because I don't want to spend 20 minutes listening to a piano solo (I probably would though lol). So yeah, 3 minutes will be the limit. If you are using a song that passes the limit, let me know how long it is and I'll see if we can let it fly. 4. GOLDEN BUZZERS! Instead of the average number of golden buzzers on the real TV show, we will only give out 3 golden buzzers. In order to know if you received a golden buzzer, I will make a seperate project after audition deadline announcing who has made it pass the audition round, as well as the golden buzzers. Also, golden buzzers do not compete in the rest of the rounds but still must showcase another something (Look at no. 6 for more). The three golden buzzer recipiants immediately go into finals with one lucky person who didn't get a golden buzzer (winner of semi-finals) 5. Respect the judges! Our judges are very respectful towards all, and if you do get into an argument of some kind, we will have to disqualify you (unless the judge is really being a bully, which I don't think will happen). Any special feedback from the judges is forbidden unless you request for it. Then, it is your fault if they don't find it good and you start arguing. 6. For each new round, it'll be just like the audition round, where you use the same talent but with a different way of showcasing it. For example, if you sang something, you need to sing something else. We will cut down the people moving on and by the time of the finals there will be roughly around four people left. Anything else? YES! We will only allow 20 people to pass, not including Golden Buzzers. We will allow any talent, as long as it is appropriate and you follow all rules, as well as any Scratch guidelines.
