First, look at the box next to the patient on the stretcher. That is their diagnosis. You have to mix together the different colored medicines to get the correct medicine to cure the patient. The mixtures are: Red + yellow = orange yellow + blue = green blue + red = purple red + yelllow + blue = brown You have to drag the mixing vial (the white one) to the red, yellow, and blue ones to make the medicine and then drag the medicine to the patient. If you mess up, then drag the mixing vial to the trash can (the bin). Cure as many people as you can in 1 minute and 4 seconds!!
