I used Piskel - https://www.piskelapp.com/ - to make the Pixel Art If you want to make your own, no need to make account, just click 'Create Sprite' and then save it and go to Scratch then go to Sprites and add Sprite, the go to costumes and Import the Piskel Sprite.
