Roses are red, Violets are blue, Should I play the oboe, French horn, or bassoon? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LOLOL I haven't been on in ageeeessss but I'm playing bassoon! Please read the descriptions box before voting. Old details (still worth reading tho) Right now it's between oboe, French horn, and bassoon, hence the poem. They're out of oboes and possibly bassoons, IDK about French horn but I'd have to buy my own instrument if I wanted oboe I scored consistently higher on woodwinds than brass (out of 1-5, all fives on woodwind and mostly 4s on brass except I got a 3 on trumpet because of my braces) I have braces I am currently in two orchestras and my school choir and will be taking band in addition to these I will be a beginner as an eighth grader; however whichever instrument "chooses me" I will spend lots of time practicing over the summer I'd get 30 mins of lessons a week I don't like super high pitches I prefer melody but as a viola player am used to lines of straight whole notes. (Funny story: once in an orchestra on the violin I had to hold middle C for 93 beats straight.) Thanks to the one person who voted shout out to @-Mewchii !! I am now playing the bassoon though (which is much harder than clarinet BTW)
