I want to say to anyone with depression, or anxiety, or anything else, that's it's okay to not be okay, even if there isn't a 'reason' for it, and that it will get better <33 ~ and if you ever need someone to talk to, you can talk to me if you want ^u^ I haven't gone through as much as some people, but I know what it feels like to be friendless, and socially awkward, and I promise you that it will be painful, but it will get better. ~ and I'd like you to know that if you do have depression, anxiety, or anything else, it doesn't define you. Mental illnesses are just illnesses, and they don't label who you are. Everyone judges people, even you. ~ There's a stigma surrounding depression and mental health, and I just wanted to share with all of you Scratchers that just because we hide depression, because we don't like to talk about the tough stuff, doesn't mean it isn't there. There are a lot of Scratchers in the world, and if we can make a little step in trying to not judge people based on their illnesses, we CAN make a difference. ~ Because that's all depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses are. Just illnesses, and who YOU are isn't your illnesses, or how you look. Who you are is your emotions, and your interests, and everything on the inside that makes up YOU.
