This is an entry for ArtTutorialSally1's Invent A Pokemon Contest. I made this Pokemon for a studio called Amber/Amethyst before putting this in the contest. It is a ghost type Eeveelution called Spectreon.
The music is the Lavender Town theme from the Pokemon Origins anime. Spectreon is a portmanteau of the words spectre, a ghost or spirit and eon.
