Q&A Q: Why is it called the GED Machines? A: I didn't really have a name for this game so I decided to call the game "The Gold, Emerald, and Diamond Machines" but I shortened the "Gold, Emerald, and Diamond" part to make The GED Machines. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Q: Why is the font on the gold machine different from the emerald and diamond machines? A: I made the first version of this game on Scratch 1.4 when Scratch was down. I then saved the game. Since on Scratch 1.4 there were a lot more text fonts than on the website, I chose a font that wasn't on the site. When Scratch went back up, I uploaded the scratch file onto the site. Since the images were vector, when I tried to edit them, the text was off. I didn't realize it was on vector until I tried editing the emerald machine. Since I edited the gold machine, the "insert 1 gold" part went even more off. I had to completely delete that sprite and make a new gold machine with a different font. :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I need to thank iPodMail for giving me this idea.
